Soldering Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Assembler to join our client's team in Wilton, NH. In this role, you will solder and assemble small, high-reliability components, perform testing and inspections, and support various assembly operations. The ideal candidate has previous soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope.

Location: Wilton, NH

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM-11:00 AM
  • Some schedule flexibility may be available

Responsibilities

  • Solder and assemble small components according to quality standards
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies using a microscope
  • Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
  • Perform testing using basic electronic test equipment
  • Clean and inspect finished products
  • Identify and report quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily production goals and schedules

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of soldering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • J-STD-001 certification or similar training preferred
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with small components under a microscope
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
  • Familiarity with basic assembly tools and measuring equipment
